Memorial Health has opened a new outpatient facility serving patients in Union County, Ohio and surrounding communities, adding a range of primary, specialty and urgent care services under one roof.
The $27.5 million Jerome Medical Center began seeing patients April 15. The 40,000-square-foot building is located in Plain City and is intended to expand access to outpatient care in a region where the system has reported growing demand.
The site includes a primary care practice led by Megan McBride, DO, who previously practiced within Memorial Health’s family medicine network. The organization said additional providers are expected to join the location. Kevin Henzel, M.D., will also see patients from his MDVIP-affiliated practice at the facility on a limited weekly schedule.

Specialty services available at the center span multiple disciplines, including neurology, oncology and hematology, orthopedics, rheumatology, urology and sleep medicine, among others. The facility also houses audiology, ear, nose and throat, and general and colorectal surgery services.
An urgent care clinic operates daily with extended hours, providing treatment for nonemergency conditions. The center also includes diagnostic imaging capabilities such as 3D mammography, ultrasound, bone density testing and X-ray, along with an on-site laboratory offering both physician-ordered and direct-to-consumer testing options.
Rehabilitation and therapy services are part of the site’s offerings, covering physical therapy, speech therapy and specialized programs for neurological and pelvic health conditions. Occupational health services for employers are also available, including physical exams, injury management and workplace screenings.
Memorial Health executives said the facility is part of broader efforts to meet increased patient demand in southern Union County and nearby communities, including Dublin and Plain City. The project involved multiple Ohio-based firms, including construction and engineering partners from Powell, Westerville, Cincinnati, Dublin and Columbus.
