Radiology platform OneImaging has raised $38 million in new funding to scale its approach to reducing imaging costs for patients, providers, and employers.

The Miami-based company connects users to a national network of accredited imaging centers and streamlines scheduling, insurance approvals, and price transparency.

Vy Capital, a global investment firm with $15 billion in assets under management, led the round and will take a seat on the company's board. Other investors include Aquiline, Sempervirens Venture Capital, XRC Ventures, and several individual backers such as Dylan Field, Balaji Srinivasan, and Jon Oringer.

The company claims to have expanded 50-fold over the past three years, with partnerships that now include major commercial insurers and multiple Fortune 100 employers. Over the past 18 months, its platform has been used by more than two million people.

Radiology remains one of the most frequently used services in healthcare, but high costs and administrative delays continue to limit access. OneImaging aims to reduce those barriers by offering upfront pricing, centralized scheduling, and simplified reimbursements. According to the company, its system can cut imaging-related expenses by as much as 80% and reduce operational costs for providers by 30%.

“Patients are already feeling anxious and just want to know where to go — at lower costs, with quality equipment and radiologists, in-network, and with sooner appointments,” said founder Elan Adler, who previously held roles at Siemens Healthineers and the Cleveland Clinic. Adler said he launched the company after his father faced a six-week wait for an MRI, during which his cancer progressed.

In addition to reducing patient wait times, OneImaging says its digital interface lowers appointment cancellation rates and shortens the reimbursement cycle, aiming to make the imaging process less burdensome for all stakeholders.
