In addition, Judge Urbina said that he would not grant injunctive relief based solely on the procedural injury of the APA issue, without the Plaintiffs having shown any other irreparable injury, especially as the question of the procedural injury will be decided on the merits at the end of trial.
AAHC President Tyler Wilson commented that the AAHC was disappointed in the court's decision but that they believed the law supports their position in the ultimate merits of the case.
