Five Minutes in Healthcare - Chelsea Moorman

Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders.

Today I am joined by Chelsea Moorman, general manager of Alzheimer’s U.S. for GE HealthCare, to discuss the latest advancements in Alzheimer's, including innovative imaging techniques, blood tests, and the impact of recent policy changes on access to care. This is a subject that hits close to home for many of our families and that impacts over 7 million patients in the U.S.

The last few years have yielded a lot of progress in the fight against Alzheimer's, and molecular imaging has emerged as a key tool. We talk about the role of Vizamyl, how PET/CT is being used to inform diagnosis and treatment, and reasons to be hopeful about patient outcomes in the future.
