Premier Radiology Services has acquired Global Imaging Solutions, expanding its presence in the outpatient teleradiology market and adding subspecialty imaging capacity.
The Deerfield Beach, Florida-based company said the deal brings a team of fellowship-trained radiologists and an established client base serving imaging centers and orthopedic practices. Global Imaging Solutions, known as GLOBIS, provides roughly 350,000 imaging reads each year across outpatient settings.
Andy Copilevitz, CEO of Premier, said the acquisition adds clinical expertise and operational scale as demand for outpatient imaging interpretations continues to grow. “Welcoming the GLOBIS team marks another exciting step for Premier, bringing a talented group of fellowship-trained radiologists, an expanded client base, and a dedicated support team,” he said.

GLOBIS will integrate into Premier’s platform, gaining access to its technology infrastructure and administrative support. Jack Considine, M.D., CEO and cofounder of GLOBIS, said the move is intended to extend the group’s reach while maintaining its clinical focus. “This acquisition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, and I am confident that Premier will continue to advance our mission by combining strengths and expanding our reach to deliver exceptional service,” he said.
Considine and the GLOBIS team are expected to remain with the combined organization.
Premier, founded in 2006, interprets more than 3 million medical images annually through a network of over 200 radiologists. The company has expanded through a series of acquisitions, including NationalRad in 2024, MetisMD in 2025 and National Radiology Solutions earlier this year.
The addition of GLOBIS further consolidates Premier’s position in outpatient teleradiology, particularly in subspecialty services supporting imaging centers, orthopedic practices and physician-owned groups.
