Cortechs.ai has entered a partnership with Siemens Healthineers to distribute its NeuroQuant Lesion Surveillance software through the Siemens Healthineers Digital Marketplace, expanding access to the company’s quantitative neuroimaging tools.
The San Diego-based developer of AI imaging software said the agreement allows its FDA-cleared lesion surveillance module to be integrated into Siemens Healthineers’ imaging ecosystem. The tool provides automated segmentation and volumetric measurement of brain lesions, along with longitudinal tracking that enables clinicians to monitor changes over time.
The companies said the collaboration is intended to make quantitative brain imaging tools more widely available to radiologists and neurologists, particularly for use in dementia care and other neurological conditions.

NeuroQuant Lesion Surveillance is designed to support assessment of neurological disease progression and treatment effects. One application is monitoring amyloid-related imaging abnormalities, or ARIA, which can occur in patients receiving anti-amyloid therapies for Alzheimer’s disease. Quantitative tracking of lesion size and changes over time may help clinicians evaluate treatment safety and progression.
Through the integration, clinicians using Siemens Healthineers imaging systems will be able to access the NeuroQuant analysis within their existing workflow.
“This partnership with Siemens Healthineers marks a pivotal step in expanding access to advanced neuroimaging on a global scale,” said Kyle Frye, CEO of Cortechs.ai. “By combining our innovative AI technologies with Siemens Healthineers’ unmatched reach and imaging expertise, we’re equipping clinicians with faster, more precise insights to make better-informed decisions around Alzheimer’s and ARIA care.”
Andreas Schneck, head of magnetic resonance at Siemens Healthineers, said the addition of NeuroQuant Lesion Surveillance to the company’s Digital Marketplace aligns with efforts to provide interoperable tools that support imaging workflows.
Cortechs.ai develops imaging software used to quantify brain structures and track neurological disease, with applications in conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Its products are cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for clinical use in neuroimaging analysis.
