The Armis acquisition boosts ServiceNow's ability to secure medical devices with real-time intelligence and risk mitigation.
ServiceNow is acquiring Armis for $7.75 billion to strengthen its cybersecurity offerings across IT, operational technology, and connected devices, including medical equipment.
This acquisition strengthens ServiceNow’s ability to deliver an integrated security solution that combines real-time asset discovery, threat intelligence, and automated remediation workflows.
As AI adoption accelerates, security remains a top priority. Global spending on information security is projected to reach $240 billion by 2026, driven by the rise of generative AI and the growing digital attack surface. This acquisition expands ServiceNow’s Security, Risk, and OT portfolios, enabling proactive risk management, according to Amit Zavery, president, COO, and chief product officer at ServiceNow.

“ServiceNow is building the security platform of tomorrow,” Zavery said. “In an era of agentic AI, intelligent trust and governance across any cloud, asset, AI system, and device are essential for companies looking to scale AI in the long term.” He emphasized that today’s cyber risks extend beyond isolated systems, and with security integrated into the ServiceNow AI Platform, their approach will mirror that interconnectedness.
Armis CEO Yevgeny Dibrov echoed this sentiment, noting that every connected asset is a potential vulnerability. “We built Armis to provide real-time intelligence, enabling organizations to visualize their environment, assess risk, and act before incidents arise,” Dibrov said. “Together with ServiceNow, we can help customers reduce exposure and enhance security at scale.”
Armis’ platform specializes in agentless discovery and classification of a broad range of devices, including IoT, OT, and medical devices, often overlooked by traditional tools. When paired with ServiceNow’s AI Platform, this integration provides continuous visibility, actionable insights, and automated risk mitigation.
The deal is set to close in the second quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approval, boosting ServiceNow’s presence in the security and risk management market.
