NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Entrada announced today the release of its new module Entrada Rhythm, an EHR-integrated mobile speech solution that provides caregivers with multiple options for capturing and editing dictations and returning the documentation directly into patient encounter templates within a clinic’s existing electronic health record (EHR). Built within Entrada’s Mobile Engagement Platform, Entrada Rhythm helps caregivers accelerate the capture of clinical documentation and improve the overall quality of the patient’s medical record.
Entrada Rhythm allows caregivers and administrators to choose their preferred documentation workflow (speech-to-text, transcription, direct EHR input) and to shift this preference throughout the day as the demands on their time change. Users can also leverage the full power of Entrada’s patient-centric Mobile Engagement Platform, which includes a real-time clinical schedule, real-time clinical content synced from the EHR, secure image capture and EHR-integrated secure text messaging.
“Entrada Rhythm is a game changer,” said Dr. William Edwards, Vascular Surgeon at The Surgical Clinic in Nashville. “From my mobile device, I now have the flexibility to choose the documentation workflow that best fits my daily schedule. With the ability to dictate directly into EHR template fields, I can stay productive from anywhere, all while choosing my editing preference as I go.”

Entrada Rhythm provides caregivers options to actively manage their documentation workflow and document in a manner that is convenient for their schedule at that time. With Entrada Rhythm, providers can capture the patient story at the point of care and review the speech-recognized text whenever and wherever they choose. Entrada Rhythm also includes a mobile editing capability, which includes the first-ever ‘clinical keyboard’ built specifically for editing speech-recognized medical documentation on a smartphone. A caregiver can also choose to send the speech-recognized text directly into existing EHR templates to be self-edited at a later time or even directly to a transcriptionist for editing when their schedule during (or after) clinic hours is at max capacity. As every provider’s workflow preferences are different and change throughout the day, Entrada Rhythm gives organizations flexibility to customize the solution for every individual, whether that is a high-volume surgeon, family practice physician, nurse, or other caregiver.
