Owlet is an innovative vitals monitor, using pulse oximetry to monitor blood oxygen levels and heart rate of babies. Owlet is a small bootie that the baby wears while sleeping. It signals heart rate and oxygen levels and you can check in on your baby via a mobile device.


Medtronic SEEQ Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) System

The SEEQ Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) System is an external, wire-free heart monitor that can help determine if a patient’s symptoms – such as recurrent fainting, palpitations, unexplained stroke or atrial fibrillation – are caused by arrhythmias. It features an adhesive-backed and water resistant external cardiac monitor that is applied to the chest and can stay on during exercising, showering or sleeping. Data is automatically transmitted via cellular connection to the Medtronic Monitoring Center.

Quells is a TENS product (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) that works 24/7. According to Neurometrics, it works by stimulating the sensory nerves in your upper calf. Quell automatically tracks your sleep quality and adjusts to ensure you get the relief you need to rest.


Isansys Lifecare Ltd, Patient Status Engine
The Patient Status Engine (PSE) is a continuous real-time vital sign data acquisition and analysis platform. Currently used in hospitals, it provides early warning scores and other quantitative measures to improve patient outcomes. The PSE incorporates the Lifetouch cardiac monitor – a lightweight and unobtrusive ‘smart patch’ that continuously collects multiple vital sign data simply and automatically from patients.
