Mike Farrell of MEDRAD took some time to sit down with DOTmed Business News during RSNA 2009.
In the video, Bill explained that MEDRAD's Total Repair program, which is a guaranteed repair solution for ultrasound transducers "eliminates that whole exchange risk for 59 probes, and basically guarantees repair pricing, which on average is about 25-30 percent less, worst case, than a typical third party exchange."
