I am looking for parts for Jedi generator. I need a Kv board and rotor board.
After installation new tube for GE Silhouette VR, it has error (error 60 0313) during exposure with large focal spot. Exposure for small focal spot is OK. Have you got any idea what is the cause of that?
In my opinion it is kv board or rotor board.
I think that the problem is fixed in HV Tank or KV control board, the description error in service manual for silhouette, indicated as follows:
Invertar max, ILR current detected
In your case if small filament is ok, the rotor board is ok, I{m sure if you you change the KV control board yuopr system running.
I just checked the Proteus service manual (which is a Jedi generator as well) and agree that the problem is the KV control Bd. and worst case it could be the HV tank.

I really don't know GE Silhouette VR, but Jedi used by CT systems also as you know and some cases, Err 60-313h ILR Max current detected may caused by tube. If you have different error with old tube be sure your new tube is ok before order KV board. ( one of the filament may ok, but it will fail after a while if the tube is defective). Please try no load test if that kind of test is available at your system.
Old unit didn't rotare.
Bearing had been broken.
When I conected high voltage cables to the old tube (in order to check errors) Erros was the same but inversly. It mean error is for small focal spot. Large is OK.

This generator has diagnostic software you can us to test things on it. You need the Jedi software and a laptop cabable of running DOS and a serial port and cable. I havent had this problem but I know this unit will be difficult to troubleshoot and calibrate without the software. Good luck!
