thank you but we will be getting a service manual. we need to get the machine running to shaow to a customer and with these two errors it won't work. is anyone familiar with this machine?????
We were a Bennett Dealer for five years (94-99)in Tampa. The fact that you have two errors from totaly different places on the machine tells me there is possibly a bad PIA chip on the CPU PCB they are 6829 chips on CPU PCB. The coll error usually says the auto collimator is not at the right size (stuck). The relay error says the backup contactor did not come in upon prep. I would swap the PIA chips on the CPU PCB and see if the errors change or you have different problems. They are in sockets so this is easy. If you need a schematic for the CPU PCB call me I can fax it to you.
