This ITI Instrument Technology Inc 177512 Fiber Scope comes with a Light Source 125060A and operates on a 12 VDC power supply. Included with the unit is a soft case for storage and transport, but please note that an AC power adapter or power cord is not included. The device has been tested and powers on without errors, with the light functioning and all manual adjustments operational; however, it does emit a high-pitched sound when powered on, and the fiberscope exhibits stiffness in its adjustments due to a kink at the end. The cosmetic condition is fair, showing minor scuffs and scratches that do not impact functionality.
