Voluson E8 Expert touchscreen problem

I have Voluson Expert BT08.
After normal boot the touchscreen remaning blue with GE logo and respective US patents.
does not appear probe- aplication -ect.....
All functions on the keyboard are ok except that
After reboot usually go normaly.
Where is the problem?

You should try a software reload. If the problem continues, check the USB cable of the touchscreen module.

Had similar issue with the E8. Cable connections were all fine, but had to do a SW reload before touchscreen worked again.
