I need help finding a cross for a transistor for a SSE2L. Power transistor 239300027. It is made by STI but they have a min. order of 10 @ 28.03 ea. and all I need is one. Does anyone have a cross or want to share an order? Thanks.
Mr Dean I am colombian, but have a problem with electrobistury because I can't identify him terminals. I can't find him datasheet in the internet. I like you send me this document (yes you have it). Pardon for mistakes, but I don't speak english.

From our experience, is better you replace all the 8 transistor than just replace 1 if you want to avoid problem

YOU CAN REPLACE IT FOR THE ECG52 OR NTE52. IT WORKS WELL.

I know in Maimi to Juan Davila, he sold it Transistor in 90$, tlf: 305-546-3314.
