Toshiba i-rad Celiling Suspension and Elevating Problem

Dear all:
I have a Toshiba i-rad x-ray system with a Sedecal Hercules 65 s x-ray generaor, a Suinsa Nova -au-t Ceiling suspension, a Suinsa Net 4000 st-t elevating table with a flat detector Canon CDXI-50G and Suinsa NBS2100 Wall Bucky with a detector Canon CXDI-40EG.
Well, the hospital call me saying that the generator dont power up. The problem are in a fuse F3 (0,1 A). After power up the generator they tell me that the apparatus dont shoot in the table but in the wall bucky shots. We have looked that when change of wall bucky to bucky table at the Canon software not change the workstation at the hercules software interface and not shoot but if change manually the workstation at hercules to bucky table shoot. We do not know what may be happening to not shoot in the bucky table. anyone knows that may be occurring?.
