if you still having the ADW with command window you can make a jumpstart floppy ...by
./prepare.jumpstart and format the floppy
I can send you a floppy from FRANCE next week because i am not at home

You need if you have the ADW service manual to go to the chapter TSG008 or purpose CREATE A JUMPSTART DISKETTE ..if you have not the manual Open a window command ---- Insert a blank floppy into the drive --- type in the command window ---
su - root and hit enter key ---
the password is operator ---
type : cd /export/home/ and hit enter key ---
at the command # type ./prepare.jumpstart and hit the enter key --- answer to the question and it is done

I forgot to tell you before you load the Software on the ADW is to record all the software options keys on the SCREEN CONFIGURATION or just insert a floppy diskette and then make save configuration on the floppy
