Sonosite TEE Conector Board

We repair Sonosite TEE Probes, but we have problems with Connector Board. Board physical condition looks great but not working. Sometimes works and sometimes not.
We were thinking may be we have to re-program it but we are not sure and also don't have any programmers for that. If you have any experience or comments plz share with me.
