Hi, I am having an issue with my Sonosite S-Nerve not storing the Sitelink setup information when the scanner reboots once you chose the alias, the site link setup has been wiped.
Do you know what is causing this to happen maybe software corruption or ram issues? The time and date of the scanner are normal it's only the site link or Dicom data that gets reset on a reboot.
