I have a Sonos 7500 that after IT tried to input IP address etc not sure what else was done but now the System says under Test menu "Network Int--Absent" Also now cannot read patients files by selecting Dics and list all files. System does however see the MO Drive. My conclusion is SCSI Interface or HD in the Sonos PC has failed. Looking for additional opinions.
You have to connect the monitor, keyboard and mouse to the SonoPC located at bottom of the unit to check if the network interface of the PC is up and set correctly
I guess i forgot that tid bit. The PC is booted and i can even log in remotely. It is working fine just the Console cannot communicate with it. I originally thought a bent pin on the Link Cable 26 pin SCSI cable was the cause but i read this is only for the 3D. Im thinking it is the the SCSI interface card where the main SCSI cable connects to the PC, or Process Graphics board. Console see the MO drive but not the SCSI HD
My issue is similar to yours except my network interface is still there, not working though. It is kind of disabled or crashed. The suggestion I get for now is to reload the software. But I cannot find resource and support to rebuild the system yet.
