SIEMENS P300 TRACKBALL ERROR

Regards collegues we need your help please, we have a portable Siemens p300 ultrasound which in a maintenance damaged the two flex 50pin that connect to the keyboard, we acquired two new but generic 50pin from another manufacturer or model but now trackall does not work either keyboard light or Leds but, can help me or guide to be able to solve the problem, I must buy the original flex? Or the damage is another , The original flex are awm 2896 80c VW-1 AXON CABLE 50 pin and what we buy generic are awm 20624 80c 60v VW-1 50 pin, thank you in advance
