Siemens Harmony Problem

Hello friends , When the Syngo start up at a Siemens Harmony MRI , a window appears : MrVCheck , inform the local service ,Findings occurred check the logfile : c:\MedCom\log\MrVCheck.log it counts till 99 and then it logs into syngo software succesfully. what is the problem?? thanks in advance

c:\MedCom\log\MrVCheck.log What does the MrVcheck.log say? It should state in the LOG the issues. Did you read the log?

Don't delete the log file....delete medcom/config/MRI/MrSystem MrVCheck.ref

Hello, you will find file MrVCheck.ref in C:\MedCom\config\mri\mrsystems and rename it or delete. It will fix this warning.

When the Syngo start up at a Siemens Harmony MRI , a window appears :

What does the MrVcheck.log say?
It should state in the LOG the issues. Did you read the log?
