As an independant repair service provider in the Los Angeles area I am interested in finding out what other repair services are charging for hourly rates.
I'd also like your opinion on travel time.
For basic repair on most clinical equipment I charge $75.00 per hour. I usually do not charge for travel time.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Our service department charges $125.00 per hour here in Los Angeles. That really is the going rate for service on ultrasound equipment. We do also charge the same rate for travel.

do you offer international leasing - we sell export only,
however some of our customer do request financing.

We striclty service microscopes in the state of Florida for most major hospitals and universities. Our rate varies depending on the quantity of the inventory, but for most customers, we have a base service rate of $60.00 per microscope. We do not charge for travel unless it is an emergency call. Most of our customers have their microscopes serviced 2x per year and are on a regular PM schedule.

Here in Charlotte,N.C. I charge $50/hr. for in house Dental repairs.
That includes travel time included from door to door.
