My Ct is GE Lightspeed 8 slice (SGI computer)
Now every tim try scan.....shower Scan Hardware stop scan
Run "High Voltage Functional " is OK
But Run "Diagnostic Data Collection"
In "Static X-ray off" is pass
In "static x-ray on" will stop scan
error message is 184154
Host:STC
Function:XRAY GENERATION:FinalnExposure Command
Time out on Exposure Command to X-ray on.
HW Error:Possibile hardware problem
Timeout is:300 mS
run DDC static x-ray off is pass
static x-ray on ......stop scan
But We found in Flash download
Update .....can finish and ne error show
Querying....will show STC unknow,ETC unknow,OBC unknow
My friend talk to me ,try load old states,but no help
We try Rotor Control.......pass
Check fiber optics lines from console to DAS. Be careful, visible light pass test does not work.
You must use infrared test. TV remote control and old mobile phones with IR sense cameras work only. Two person Job.
The most probable optical cable fault is on the rotating part. Try stationary scan, gantry rotation power off and connect optical cable directly from Console to DAS.

Check all fuses and boards in HEMRC assembly...and perform rotor diagnostic tests....
Check the OBC-HEMRC Interface board
Check the KV & MA Boards in the OBC...If possible swap the Artesyn II boards between the STC and OBC (mind the jumper settings on each)

There must be a set of error, look at the first. The error you described is a result of other error most probably.
