I have been working on a samsung ltx240aa001-a xray detector which rejects to communicate with the imaging software. tcp ip communication is possible, I got Windows Dos ping command response (ping 192.168.1.80 -t) I also got response from telnet 192.168.1.80 can see the root. I move to Vadav software to check the versions I found the VER_FPGA section was empty. When I click the "get dark" button "dark.raw file can not be generated. The screen just keeps on counting. I believe it is detector software related. Does anybody has the files or information about the matter? Thank you!
