Hello,
I have a problem with a Philips HDI4000, the C9-5 transducer is not detected, any other transducer is detected normaly, some times, the C9-5 is detected but just once, when I change the transducer and I want to select the C9-5 again, this is not detected, I have change it for another C9-5 and the problem persist, I try the C9-5 in other HDI 4000 and no one problem, if anybody can help, what can I do, I think could be de CW board or an BF Board, but I´m not sure.
Thanks for your help.

I think this is caused by software failures
