kV balance errors normally are born in defective multipliers, more scarcely in cabling or analog board. The problem is to determine which multiplier is the faulty one. If you have the Picker Troubleshooting manual, follow the instructions regarding the cabling. But if you reach the point to measure the feedback you certainly can be unsure which one is the faulty multiplier because the HV generator shuts down before you can get a significative measurement even using a scope. At that point I suggest you to try the multipliers in another scanner or have spare ones and alternativelly replace them until you fix the problem.

Most likely you need a new x-ray tube replacement.

look at the erp or erl. if you are having ANA, most probably it is the tube. how many shoots does it have?
