The X-Ray Source Arcing message means exactly what it says. This is usually caused by low oil in the tube and that loss of oil being replaced by air. You may find you can fill the tube by filling the bag and holding it above the tank to allow the air bubbles to go into the bag then pinch off the tube and refill the bag. This does take some time and many attempts to get it right. The tube will probably have to be replaced. The service manual will provide no information that can be of help here.
