MyLab 60 XVision Errors launching application

Hi everyone, I have some issues with Esaote Mylab 60 XVision ultrasound: the unit powers on, the system software (Windows XP) launches, but after several minutes, it displayed a message meaning that there’s errors in launching the Ultrasound application (MyLab Desktop). It seems that some files are corrupted. Could anyone help me to solve this issue, please?I will need the software MyLab Desktop... thanks in advance!
