Need models of multiformat cameras for MRP5000 that can handle 14in film,also if anyone knows of frame grabber suitable for the MRP5000 let me know,I realize Dicom Box is a choice but since NAI
sold out the support is difficult at best..

I would recomend you AGFA's Drystar 3000. It supports both types of input video - analogue and digital (DICOM).

There is a company called TomoVision, his software can read the images off a MRP5000 optical disk and convert it into full windowable DICOM. Much better than a DICOM Box. You will need a Windows computer, a SCSI card and an old HP or Sony optical disk. I still think I have some if you can't find any on Ebay. Save the images on to the optical drive and read them with the ReadOMatic program and they automatically convert to DICOM with DICOMatic. Once in DICOM, store them on a Conquest free PACS system and your choices are endless. If you need to print them, get an old MAC and use OsiriX to print them. I use the program a lot with an image retrieval service for old systems at Central X-Ray in NY.
