I get here a instalation from ËcoldË, it is I mean, from zero.. Cristal with no tubes, nothing.
So, I install all tubes ( 48 tubes ) and Matrix, IN board, All cables, all necessary, whith a GX200. ( software 4.5 )
So, what I can`t find a solution, is because many tubes ( some times 21 tubes ) becomes out of range, very high. All this tubes already are in low on adjustment.
Have not worked that much on the GE line but on Siemens and Adac I would be verifying my HV power supply and lv supplies. Run the proactive PMT diagnostics and check results
Danilo , on the case of PM´t some times is written the H.V. PMT check this and si if it is the correct, if you have the same ,please disconnect the 1/2 of the PMTubes and check the others, ,and do the same with the other ,a badPMT can cause your problem , . Also check the type of PMT using in this systems.Suerte
What you mean with disconnect 1/2 tubes? PMTUNE will works on half tubes on detector? The PH from tubes is about minimum 160-200mv , and one or 2 tubes on 230~ mv.

Hello All!

Thanks Lenny, but the power supply is ok.. I change it 2 times to make sure.. and I can run proactive PMT is not have any pre map on Genie Systems....
