I have problems in and with the QC calibration of a Lunar bone desitometry machine, DPX, which has this problem:
22293: Low energy reference failure. Low energy reference counts for detector #1 failed. Value:171168. Q.C.
22294: High energy reference failure. High energy reference counts for detector #1 failed. Value:198970 QC
Dear Jose, you have to check the alignment x-ray tube and detector. If it is not correct realign.
If it is correct, then you might have a problem with PMT detector, x-ray tube or shutter.
Most likely with the first one. PMT Detector. In order to be sure you have to check the Persent spillover history.
