Hi, greetings.
I have a problem with my Logiq E R8 version. When i'm on the machine, it pop up 'Please input the serial number' then i just pun the serial number same with the sticker at the back of the machine. but it show 'there is no valid license on this system. Before this its running well until yesterday this thing happened. Please help me.
How do I solved this problem ?

I think the serial number and the license are case sensitive.
