Our two 700s have intermittent DICOM pushes to our PACS (AMICAS)network. They both go to a 100mb full duplex switch (new). A low level format, 4-disk software install, options and presets have been installed too. However, the LOGIQs' freeze up when the pix are sent to PACS. Our LOGIQ 9 and ATL HDI 3000 have no problems sending to PACS. Suggestions are welcome.

Our Systems Engineer says:
This is a common problem with the Logiq 700. Reload system software first. If that doesn't fix it, format and reload a 2nd time.
Seems "pointers" and other bits and pieces are left behind even when the patient and image data is gone. Finally fills up the drive and w/o defrag utilities (most don't have) the slowdown results in timeouts, retrys, etc and the systems seem to lockup.
