hi every one
I have facing problem in logiq 400 which have the system error:ScSi erroe
Device : 1.0 code: 20166
I replace the HDD but problem is still and also replace CPU board but the problem is same
Hi, M.Y! There is a long time since I faced a L400, but I'll try my best guess. You said you already replaced MST board and the HDD. Try to replace the SCSI controller board (it is attached to the HDD - Normally the HDD is an IDE one, converted to a SCSI connection). You, probably, have a SCSI error due to a defective SCSI channel. Hope this helps, God Bless. MAC.
Problem either in scassy card( small pcb) which attached below the hard disk, or flat ribbon cable goes from scassy card to machine`s main inter face mother pcb, i have both , contact me shyjumon@hotmail.com
the problem is either in SCASSY card located below hard disk, or in flat long ribbon cable , goes from hard disk and scassy card to main Interface PCB of Machine( main PCB which is connected with all the other boards)
As Anghel Florin stated earlier. 1.0 is not the HDD. You have an ID problem for the drive. Check the HDD ID jumpers/switches. If not those then there is a problem in the controller or perhaps the cable. All the best, Ron.
Hello,
I have problem with Logiq 400 ultrasound, and I was hoping you could help me.
At first there was message 2290505, and CPU Mem Test SUCCESS on the monitor while it boots. I found in service manual that I should change timekeeper RAM battery, and so I did. Now I have new message SYS ERROR: SCSI ERROR DEVICE:2.0 CODE: 2020A, while it boots the system. I left this message on the MedWrench forum also.
Please help me, I don't know what to do next.
Thanks in advance!

device 1.0 is the FDD not HDD
Logiq 400/500 scsi devices
0.0 HDD
1.0 Floppy
2.0 MOD
check your SCSI ID on your HDD
