If the OS is windows, my suggestion would be to purchase Norton Ghost and a USB to ISA (or SATA)adapter cable.
First install Norton Ghost on another computer, then remove the hard drive fron the unit and hook it to the computer with Ghost via the USB adapter. You can then make a complete back-up image of the drive contents that can be loaded onto a new drive.
This is a method used when during yearly PMs on the Logiq 9 units that I service. If there is a suspect bad hard drive, replace it and save yourself time and headache. Good luck!

There should be a software installer MO disk with every GE system. If you don't have it, you should be able to order a replacement from GE.
