I have a problem with a kretz Voluson 530 ultrasoundunit. The problem is that when trying to make measurements we recieve the following message: "PC calculating in progress"followed by any of these numbers 59, 136 or 139. Sometimes we getthe message "PC communication error" and sometimes the systemgoes down. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,my email is: mate.rus@hotmail.com
Problem Error message "PC Calculating in Progress XX", no 4D, no PID entry possible, no Table reports possible: Arrow on left upper corner of screen remains always flashing( longer then 2 minutes),
Described problems tell us about the same cause, the PC part (inside lower main electronic box named GAA) which is only used for special volume rendering calculations and windows functions. Often related to PC industrial board itself , or maybe some other component of PC.
Could also be caused at external drive problem.
The basic system functions B/D/CFM..are controlled by separate Motorola CPU, and therefore no problem.
Action:
Please remove the SCSI cable on rearpanel of V530D to see the influence of PC booting.
Also an error on the dicom page could create some wait signals, so please check net key-view status- error list , and clear out all errors.
