And if anyone knows what error code 034 is that would be helpful.

Condition
Calibration Error On The Omni Motor Controller
Description
The system has detected a failure in calibration for the motor controller.
Corrective Action
Straighten the TEE probe and disconnect and reconnect transducer.
Scanning cannot begin until calibration is successful. If the problem
persists: replace the transducer or front-end controller.
