Dear Engineers,
I had a challenge with couch horizontal movement on Philips Brilliance Big Bore CT. The movement freezes with mechanical sound, reason I replace the Horizontal motor but unfortunately, the movement is not possible again.
Kindly advise
If the cough is moving until a mechanical sound stops it, the motor is not the cause. It's a big bore, probably a big and heavy guy twisting some part of the mechanical.
First, try to move it freely by hand pushing the pedals to release it. If it stops again, you need to disarm until you can see the cause.

1. Try to calibrate the couch
2. Check teflon bullscrew
3. Check horizontal encoder
4. Check horizontal rails
