Hologic Mammography System (Loard Affinity) image problem

Dear all,
During imaging, I found the output image intermittent appear white pieces in the middle/corner edge of image.
What would be the possible root cause for this problem?
For mirror assembly, the position of mirror will affect the x-ray field area? (I try to move the mirror position and the collimate area will be different so i wonder the position will affect the x-ray field or not.)

It's been awhile, but as I recall the Mirror is supposed to pull out of the field during the exposure. My guess is that it is not pulling all the way out? You can get into the Service Menu and change the home and park positions with DAC Values. Unfortunately, I do not have a Service Manual anymore to clarify.
