This means too much noise in such channel...
Maybe a electronic problem at detector electronics..however, if you cannot see artifacts at image, dont worry.
If you make CAM amplifier linearity test you will see that the noising only 531 channel or all channels. Also check the voltage range of both 5V, +12V and -12V DAS power supplies. It is possible that if the X-ray tube labored much, the noise coming from it.
The most probable fail, is the CAM board amplifier. There is a set od op-amp's that amplifies the signal from detector. If you have a extender card, you could search and isolate the failure.
For Error Zero DAS data was detected you firs need to know if you get an Image, Normally you can't because the error appear, you need to move a sw in CIF to see the image and then will see the artifact, may be a ring, may be a band, its depend of the damage. but a this time you can know what is the radio o diameter and you can check what channel correspond to the size of the ring and localize the channel and then localize the cam.

Dear frinds the hispeed Nxi is working ok but it has an error come up during daily Cal.(step 16 ).
Note that it is an old error.
warmup HPF(ratio)is out of range:531ch.value--1.260820e -02
What do you think the cause of the a.m. error ?

Zero data means that the ldetector level drops to no signal, with Xray working. If your channel is too much noisy, could bring this message.
