I have a problem in a CT Sytec Synergy (Prospeed gantry), the problem is as follows:
When trying to warm up and pressing the start button, the machine resume the warmup.
After this action, i can see the next two errors from the error reporting program :
error 17016 , X-Ray ON response timeout
error 28014 , XG error : No filament voltage.
I have tested the filament & rotor power supply (there is 3 fuses) no problem on it.
The next LEDs lit in the generator :
Filament board : fil_on , VP5 , VN15,VP15,VP15S, fil_sup are ON
KV board : Normal , DS3 , DS2 , DS1 are ON
CPU board : -15V , +15V , +5V , & SL are ON
Rotor board : 550V fault & tube1 are ON (550V exist when trying to warmup)
(remark : all the fuses in the system are OK).
AnyOne can help ?

Hi there. You might want to check slip rings. Sometimes dirty rings can cause a problem like this.
Good luck.
