I have a GE SAM module that's showing a "service module cell sev"
error message. Wondering if anyone else has seen this and what the
resolution was. Any assistance would be appreciated
This indicates that the Sevo cell in the gas bench is defective but those modules can only display one error at a time and many times we find that there are other issues once you replace the sevo cell. You also need the special software and all the special gasses to cal the unit once the gas bench has been repaired.
