Hello:
Recently reinstalled, after 6 months without use, a GE HiSpeed ZXi CT scanner had the following situation. After performing the Tube conditioning and calibration process, and after a few axial scans, everything without any problems or errors, we got the following errors:
XG Error, Error 186218
Phase is 5 code is 60
Detail Error Code 60-0317H
Exposure Error: Spit Ratio Error
Then every time we try to make a scan, either axial, stationary or scout and with any technique we got the following error:
XG Error, Error: 186218
Phase is 5 code is 60
Detail Error Code 60-0319H
Exposure Error: KV Unbalanced Detected
We performed the No Load Test, and without the High Voltage Cables connected to the HV Tank, we got a Heater Error and the 60-319H KV Unbalanced Detected Error, being this the error we're getting always.
I will appreciate any help that could be provided.

Dear Friend,
Please check error on Ct's HV tank.
The first error is usually any problem cause by sparks inside the x-ray housing. Normally, a X-ray tube revitalization will fix that.
Please check the schematics about the final stage before the x-ray tube, KV boards, ect.

Thank you all, in fact it's difficult to diagnose if it's only the tube or the HV Tank or both.
