Hi friends, Does anyone know how to create a new report in the Encore 2009 software. I've tried to create one but does not work. If I simulate it works, when i open an existing exame and choose this new report does not appear image in the box. The created file is empty

You may have a corrupt composer database file. If you have internet connectivity I would be happy to remote in using team viewer and see if we could get it sorted out for you. I worked for Lunar for many years. We customize composer reports for our customers regularly. I'm not sure what time zone you are on, but we are on CST and I would be available tomorrow morning to help if you would like. Feel free to call my cell at 608-514-2413.
