Gamma Camera Sopha DSX Error Problem

Dear All:
I have a trouble with a system,it try to start with the aplication sofware in the adquisition computer but in the second step after Gantry reset the monitor puts FATAL ERROR and the sofware comes to ok- Promt.
Can anybody help me??
