We have installed a new cpu (original from the factory) and the ru shows error 11200 (Service manual error description:" Image signal monitor value (simulated current) error; [During bootup]When diagnosing the simulated data transfer, the A/D conversion data for simulated image were out of range."); The cpu is a newer version than the one the device had, if we exchange it with an old version of another device, the error does not appear. At the same time, if we install this new CPU in a functional device, it generates the aforementioned error, so we conclude that there is an update that generates the incompatibility. The supplier has not given us a response so we are looking for a solution here.
Additionally, if we cancel the error and proceed to scan a chassis, the resulting image is aberrant.
