Fuji Prima T2 reader and computer connection problems

Dear all ,
I have a desktop Fuji Prima T 2 reader that can not communicate with my computer despite all IP addressees entered on my local area network correctly. The Fuji service is asking arm on the leg to fix the problem by saying that the reset on the motherboard of the reader is needed. Does anyone have any knowledge about this problem and fix . Also could you please provide me a service manual for the said equipment.Thank you

If you have all of your software you should be ok. Look for your RU Application Software. That takes care of that. Not sure youâll be able to get a service manual.
