Fuji Clearview M1 QC Calculation Tool Error

When attempting to do mammography QC, message on screen reads "Failed in obtaining study information from the information file". Can someone tell me what this message means and what needs to be done to correct the issue? Thanks

Perhaps a configuration issue. So many different things here. First check to see if XCON is installed on the Flash IIP. Second, make sure you also have a PS104A board installed on your workstation. I am assuming this set up is connecting thru the Livingston Box or better known as CR Protocol bridge and configured accordingly. You cannot see kVp or mAs carry over with out any of this. These are the setting conditions for mammogram exposure.
