FCR CR CONSOLE CONECT TO ONIS SERVER

Good day people...
I have a FCR console and I must connect it to an ONIS server, my problem is that when I get a legend that the output device indicates me an error, but it does not indicate more. The FCR console when I configure it allows me to send a Ping to the device, it even allows me to check the Ae title and it does not give me any error (in the configuration).
but when the application of the FCR console is running, it indicates an error with the ONIS, did any of you have this problem?
and of course if they solved it, can you tell me how they did it?

Does the Onis need the Fuji AE title and IP. I know some pacs programs need the sending information placed in to the PACS program. If not did you check firewalls?
